My past projects that I have worked on for Gen is to curate their menu descriptions. It was about "Our Malaysian Story" which is an interpretation of purest form of local ingredients into bold and tantalising flavours for their menu write up. I research each and every given local produce and aim to express its uniqueness and uses in the the restaurant's quarterly seasonal menu.
